Our choice of theme park this year on our yearly trip to San Diego was The Wild Animal Park. Mostly because Andrew's at the age where animals spark such excitement and jaw dropping reactions that we thought this would perfect.

On the African Safari ride we were able to get close to lots of large animals like these cool giraffes

This 25 min. ride/break from walking meant it was lunch time! Our cousins littlest Jayla. We couldn't get enough of how cute this little girl was!

So we made a neat discovery, That Nathan's wing span is almost as large as a Gorilla's! HA!

Feeding the Birds Nectar was one of the coolest parts of the park. Right when we walked in, a bird landed right on Jalyne head. Luckily, the bird found the nectar.
Everyone thought this was pretty cool except Taylor. He became almost completely debilitated and wanted nothing more than to leave the bird habitat. He tried only there were birds everywhere so he felt like he could walk a single step. You can laugh, I did!

Mine! Mine! Mine! Mine!

These monkeys were the funnest to watch! They swung around everywhere - fast! When one of the male monkeys came by to tease, the baby wrapped itself around the mother and the mother just kept swinging along!

Ever get this close to a lion?
